ACUITY™ Spiral Left-Ventricular Lead

The ACUITY™ Spiral coronary pace/sense IS-1 lead provides chronic left ventricular unipolar pacing and sensing with a 4F (1.35mm) lead tip profile. The leads have an over-the-wire (OTW) design and are steroid-eluting distal to the electrode. The lead is anchored with spiral fixation and the electrodes are IROX (iridium oxide) coated. Placement is achieved by inserting the lead through the coronary sinus and placing it into a branch of the cardiac veins. The ACUITY™ Spiral lead is used in conjunction with a compatible Boston Scientific cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) device.
